How do I find the right distributor for an independant film with a target audience for people over 45?

I have directed a film that was written and made up of characters who are mostly over 40yrs old. Needless to say it is G rated. It cute, simple, light hearted romantic story with a Texas slant(of B rated quality). I need a distribitor. There are two versions, long and short. Great country western sound track with original music to go with the movie. I would love to hear from a distributor,or someone close to one. I am aware of all the ';talk and theories';. I would appreciate some facts from an informed source.
