how do I become a stockbroker?

I am 20 years old and my ambission is to become a stockbroker. I have a limited education, and would like to pursue this through a trainee or junior position. what kind of experiance do you think I need? I am currently empoyed in (and very good at) sales. where do you think I should go from here?
